Home > News News 2009-2010 Winter Kvitfjell was built for the 1994 Lillehammer Olympics. Since then, it has become one of the best and most modern ski resorts in Northern Europe. Kvitfjell is located just 2.5 hours north from Oslo Airport, along the main railway and highway. It is located in Lillehammer area, and offers one of the best conditions in Europe for Alpine Ski Racing training and competition. We are also starting a new pilot program for the upcoming season oriented to guarantee the best High Performance training opportunities for FIS athletes willing to achieve the highest scores. This program is made together with local top level High Schools in order to coordinate the athletes studies with the ski racing practice during the whole season.
